How do I get started?
Getting started couldn’t be easier. Book your free 15-minute introduction and we’ll explore your fitness background, goals, and what drives you. How are the group sessions designed?
Our group sessions are built to deliver a full-body workout in just 45 minutes — all from a simple square space at home. Each session runs in dynamic circuits, mixing bodyweight moves, mat work, and resistance training. The goal? To build strength, boost agility, and enhance functional fitness while pushing your cardiovascular performance. Easy transitions from floor work to HIIT and resistance drills keep your heart rate up and your body moving with purpose.
Do I need fitness equipment?
Yes, a few pieces of fitness equipment are required — but nothing bulky or complicated. During your introduction, we’ll guide you through exactly what you need and keep it simple throughout your training. Our sessions are designed around light, versatile gear that’s easy to store at home — no heavy machines or expensive setups needed.
How often should I train to see improvements?
We recommend training three times a week with us — but adding one solo session can take your progress to the next level. It helps you build independence in your fitness habits and gives you the freedom to tailor workouts to your goals for that day.
Use the Workout Planner included in your subscription to map out your own session. Take inspiration from our class structure and programming — it’s designed to help you craft balanced workouts that fit effortlessly into your weekly routine.
How do I get myself ready for training sessions?
Aside from the light fitness equipment covered in your introduction, all you’ll need is a reliable device — laptop, tablet, or iPad — ready to stream your sessions seamlessly.
We run our fitness classes through Zoom, so set your screen at a comfortable height — easy to tilt, lift, or lower. This way we can transition smoothly between floor (mat) and standing exercises, keeping every session dynamic and flowing.
What if a class already has max 10 participants?
If a group has reached its 10 participant limit, you can easily choose another session from our extensive timetable. With 45 weekly classes available, there’s always an option to match your schedule and keep your training consistent.
When should I see results?
Within weeks, you’ll notice real improvements in your overall fitness: quicker recovery, smoother transitions between circuits, and stronger day-to-day stamina. After a couple of months, physical changes begin to show - your body feels lighter, your clothes fit differently, and your energy levels rise.
Beyond the two-month mark is where the real transformation happens — progress becomes visible, and you start to look feel your best.
