Ben’s passion for health and fitness has always been a driving force in both his professional and personal life. A Dun Laoghaire native, he is a former athlete and personal trainer with over 13 years of experience, who brings a wealth of expertise to designing results-driven group personal training programs.

Having studied Exercise and Human Kinetics in Toronto, Ben has developed a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics and performance. His experience extends to working closely with clinicians, assisting athletes in performance preparation, and supporting clients through weight loss and training-related injuries.
