DESIGNED TO BRING THE OFFICE TOGETHER AND SUPPORT A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

Our corporate fitness classes are built to fit smoothly into your working day. Each session lasts 40 minutes, making it easy for employees to train, reset, and return to work feeling energised and focused. Classes are delivered online, so the hosting company simply provides a large screen and a suitable space. Any equipment needed is minimal and clearly advised in advance by the personal trainer.

Every class is inclusive, flexible, and adaptable, designed for employees of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds. Sessions focus on holistic wellbeing, improving both physical health and mental performance. This supports better energy, posture, focus, and productivity at work. Employee feedback is always welcomed and used to shape the sessions, ensuring the training stays engaging, relevant, and aligned with the needs of the team.

WORKPLACE PERFORMANCE STARTS WITH FITNESS AND WELLBEING.

Get Up Dublin makes workplace fitness simple and accessible. Employees can train without leaving the office, removing time barriers and making consistency easier.

With online personal training, teams can join the same session from different office locations, supporting hybrid and flexible working.

Regular movement helps employees feel less stressed, happier, and healthier. Improved fitness boosts immunity, reduces sick days, and supports a more productive workplace. In the long term, it helps lower healthcare and insurance costs and keep staff confident.

Beyond the classes, Ben runs dedicated wellbeing check-ins each year, giving employees the chance to review habits, ask questions, and get personalised health guidance.

FAQ'S ABOUT CORPORATE FITNESS CLASSES

How many classes per week are included in a corporate fitness plan?

With Get Up Dublin, corporate fitness plans are flexible and built around your team. Companies can choose 1–3 live classes per week, with 2 or more classes recommended for the best results and consistency.

Class times are agreed with your wellness coordinator and can be scheduled from morning through to evening, with a clear weekly timetable in place. Programmes typically run across several months of the year, tailored in collaboration between your wellness coordinator and our personal trainer to suit your team’s goals and workflow.

Can changes be made to the class schedule?

Once a corporate class schedule is agreed, it is designed to run consistently for the duration of the monthly plan or agreed timeline. That said, flexibility is part of the Get Up Dublin approach.

With advance notice, schedule changes can be accommodated where possible, subject to the personal trainer’s availability, ensuring minimal disruption while still supporting the needs of your team.

What does a company need to provide its staff for corporate fitness classes?

To keep things simple, companies only need to provide a few key essentials. Classes require minimal, low-cost equipment such as light dumbbells, resistance bands and exercise mats. Any additional items are recommended by the personal trainer when consulting with the office manager. All equipment is lightweight and easy to store, ensuring it doesn’t take up valuable office space.

A spacious room that comfortably fits 8–20 employees is ideal, along with a large screen for visibility. All sessions are delivered live via Zoom, with the personal trainer leading the class remotely. This makes corporate fitness easy to set up, efficient to run, and accessible for teams to join.

What fitness attire do staff need?

Staff should wear professional, functional fitness attire designed for movement and comfort. Breathable, moisture-wicking fabrics help regulate body temperature. Wearing loose fitting tops and bottoms will allow the body to move freely, support muscle function and keep you agile. This reduces the risk of injury.

Proper running or training shoes are essential. It's important not to wear flat office footwear. Supportive trainers protect the full sole of the foot, improve stability, and help reduce unnecessary strain on the ankles, knees, and lower back during training sessions.
